Grandma Jones
The second day they were here, Emma and I picked them up in the morning. Since we had to go to the Commissary, I thought they may like to come along to see what it is like. Of course they did, in fact we stopped at the PX first. Grandma got the kids a little candy while we were at the PX (you can imagine how much lunch they ate after ;) ).
All the kids enjoyed playing with Grandma and Grandpa Jones! They played sticker books, Hula danced (see Emma's nice skirt her Grandma got her in Hawaii) and read books (I think that was their favorite).
Although we never did make it to the pool (it just mostly stayed overcast and rained while they were here :( ), it still was pretty cool, visiting the main flag of the post. We were their right at 5PM so we were able to hear "Colors" play over the speaker.

And as if it was like they had just arrived, it was time to say goodbye. I know we didn't get to do everything we had hoped to do, but I do hope you enjoyed your stay! We'll see you again soon! Until next time, we love you!

All I can say is beautiful post! I always feel like when mom and dad arrive they always leave way too soon- although for them it may be not soon enough with our three kids ha ha ha. ;) I love reading your posts- I look forward to checking in on them everyday. Love you Sis!
We had a wonderful visit and brought back sweet memories of the children and our time with all of you. It won't be long before we come back, but it will be very bittersweet without our Jesse ...
