Snow

Yup we got snow. I woke up to "Mom, there is snow on the ground!" said Chris. Its nearing noon and we are still at only 33 degrees. Our high is only supposed to be 39 today. And here just a couple days ago I could wear flip flops outside. Thought you all would enjoy seeing some of the pics I took.

Our home!

Our neighbor made a snowman.

Pretty tree.

My friend took this of me.

I still can't believe how much it snowed and it still snowing at noon!

SNOW!!! In El Paso??? I didn't think you guys EVER had snow that stayed on the ground there. You have more at your house than we have at ours (we have none presently). Grandpa Jones and I raked leaves most of the day -- bags and bags and bags of them! I bet it feels like a shock after being in flip flops just the other day! Well, it's good to know that Grand Rapids isn't the only place that has goofy weather!

Wow you did get a good amount of
snow. Good pictures of the house,
scenery and other. Also, pretty
good sized snowman, neat. Like mom
jones said, we still had leaves
hanging on the trees until early
Friday. Then from small to large,
the leaves just dropped. So now
there are a ton of leaves we all
want to get rid of in case of snow.
Dad said he watched our magnolia
tree just drop all it's leaves
Friday. Said it looked so funny.Love and miss you all much.

Looks just like Michigan! We had that much and more. I had to drive to Lansing Thursday and got behind a stupid salt truck who pelted my pretty red car with I think, all the salt he was alloted for the winter. Interesting that all the cars were already in the ditches and it had been icing and snowing for hours. Stupid county people.

I did a 5K Turkey Trot on ice and then had crappy food at a crappy place and went to Meijers for some plastic bags. How is that for fun?

Be Good and you will get more snow, ya know! And stormy stuff and heat and maybe even bugs. But you wont be going down with the listing ship that is Michigan.
